A 25% deposit is payable within upon booking. 

The remaining balance due is payable not later than 1 month before arrival.

If booked within one month of arrival the total amount due is payable upon booking.

If canceled 31 days or more before arrival the deposit will be refunded minus booking cost. 5% of the deposit will be charged to cover banking fees.

If canceled 30 days or less before arrival the the total booking amount will be charged.
